1. Website owner
In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), the owner of this website is Online Apps, S.L., tax ID B-02749505, registered office at Carrer de Marbella 17, local 48, 07610 Palma de Mallorca (Illes Balears), Spain, recorded at the Commercial Registry of Palma de Mallorca, Volume 2872, Folio 170, Sheet PM-89765, 1st entry. 2. Nature of the service and absence of official status
Portal Registral is a private online filing and administrative service. Online Apps, S.L. is not the Land Registry, nor the Association of Registrars of Property, Commercial and Movable Assets of Spain, nor any other public body or administration, and has no relationship, affiliation, arrangement or collaboration of any kind with them. We act solely as intermediaries on behalf of and at the instruction of the client: we file your request with the competent Registry and deliver the document it issues. Land registry documents are issued and signed by the competent registrar, not by Online Apps, S.L.
3. You may file directly yourself
The user is expressly informed that these same procedures can be carried out directly and independently through the electronic office of the Association of Registrars (sede.registradores.org), paying only the official registry charge, without engaging the services of this website. The price charged by Online Apps, S.L. comprises the fee for the filing service provided and the registry charges paid to the Registry.
4. Terms of use
Access to this website is free and confers the status of user, who undertakes to use it in accordance with the law, good faith and this legal notice. The user is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the details provided, and in particular for the legitimate interest stated when requesting land registry information. Providing false information, or using the information obtained for purposes other than those declared, may result in cancellation of the service and in any applicable liability.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of this site, including text, graphic design, source code, logos and other elements, belong to Online Apps, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Online Apps, S.L. provides a filing service and is liable for diligence in carrying it out. It is not liable for the content of the registry information issued by the Registry, which is the sole responsibility of the competent registrar, nor for decisions the user takes on the basis of it. Nor is it liable for service interruptions attributable to the electronic office of the Association of Registrars or to force majeure.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, and where the user is a consumer, the courts of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
