1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device when you visit it. Cookies make the site work, remember your preferences and, in some cases, measure how the site is used.
2. Technical cookies
They are essential for the site to work and do not require consent: the session for your personal area, opened with the link we email you; your chosen language; the region you visit us from, so we know whether to show you the cookie notice (“mh_region”, 30 days); and the price display for the current visit (“pr_v”, 30 minutes). Your cookie choice is stored in your browser’s local storage.
3. Our own measurement cookies
To know which ad, campaign or page each visit comes from and which steps it takes before purchasing, we use three first-party cookies: a visitor identifier (“myhub36_visitor_v1”, 1 year), a session identifier (“myhub36_session_v1”, 30 minutes) and the origin of the visit (“myhub36_attribution_v1”, 90 days). Only we process them, to attribute each purchase to the campaign that brought it and to learn which advertising works.
4. Third-party advertising cookies
Only if you accept them, and depending on the campaigns we are running, Google (Google Ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok set their own cookies —for example Google’s “_gcl_au” and “_gcl_aw”, 90 days; Meta’s “_fbp”, 90 days; and TikTok’s “_ttp”, 13 months— to measure the effectiveness of our ads and, where applicable, show you advertising on their platforms. These companies process that data as independent controllers under their own policies: policies.google.com/privacy, facebook.com/privacy/policy and tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy.
5. Managing cookies
If you visit us from Europe, you will see a notice on arrival to accept or reject advertising cookies; rejecting them does not prevent you from using the service. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, although blocking technical cookies may stop the site from working properly.
